Premium Pricing

Any appointment made outside of or that runs over regular business hours is subjected to premium pricing.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule to the next available appointment to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you. 

Late Cancellations

24 hour notice of cancellation is required. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount as a non-refundable deposit for your rescheduled appointment. This payment can be made through my website or at your next scheduled appointment and will not go towards your service total.

No Shows

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged a $60 no show fee.. This payment is due before you may schedule your next appointment. Two no-show appointments will result in being let go as a client and blocked from online booking.

Service Guarantee + Refunds

Salon Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with any service that you received, I would like the opportunity to address any concerns you may have. Please notify me within 7 days to make any adjustments you may need.

Refund Policy - We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unhappy with any of your services, you have up to 7 days to receive complimentary adjustments.

Additional policies:

All appointments are booked online.

Deposit required for some services and must be paid at the time of booking.

Due to lack of space, please do not bring children or extra guests unless they are also receiving a service.
